How long will take to build my cabinets?
Because timelines are constantly fluctuating we suggest contacting our office to find out what our current lead time is. Typically you can expect to receive millwork between 6-8 weeks.
How do I clean my cabinets?
Do not use any furniture polishes or chemical based cleaners on any of the pieces we build for you. To clean, simply use a damp cloth and natural soap. Dust with a clean dry cloth. We will provide you with a care package outlining how to take care of your millwork.
Do I need a designer or contractor prior?
You do not need to have a designer or contractor prior to contacting Out Of Line Designs. Our design team will be able to help you with your project from start to finish. A contractor may be required depending on the size and scope of the project. We can help facilitate a contractor right for your project.
What if I already have a designer or contractor hired?
Not a problem. We work seamlessly with all design professionals and value any input or ideas they may bring to the table. We work with some of the best designers and contractors in the lower mainland.
How long will a kitchen installation take?
A typical sized kitchen will take approximately 2-3 days to complete the cabinetry installation. Countertops, backsplash, plumbing and appliances will be completed 2-3 weeks after. Expect to be without your kitchen for minimum of 4 weeks.
What materials do you use?
We prefer using solid woods, solid wood veneer and furniture grade domestic plywood’s for all our furniture and cabinet construction. However we do understand that sometimes a project requires a more economical material solution, when this is the case we will provide you with several other options. We use BLUM soft close hinges and slides.
